I am back..

And happy to report a .1 lb weight loss, I know it is pitiful but sometimes a girl just needs her mom's pozole!   I been traveling and my schedule has been interrupted.  This should not be an excuse but there are some days when you have work and other activities after work that it is difficult to find time to work out.   I am happy to report at least that I have not gained it back and instead lost .1lb.  I know it is probably water weight but it is better than to step on a scale and have gained everything.  Slow and steady wins the race.  I am also trying to not exercise like a maniac.  Yesterday, I accomplished this.  I worked out for one hour and burned 600 cals. 
This is hard but I have to keep focused.

Baby Steps

Never again will I neglect myself again.  I am deciding to take care of myself only.  I tried taking care of others when I was sick and of course that did not work. It is a long road ahead but I can't get discouraged and take it one day at a time.  1 1/2 hour of cardio today. 800 calories ( I finally fixed Polito). I just need 3-4 lbs this month.  Totally doable.

My dough got rolled

I worked out today and my meat got rolled afterwards.  It was a great feeling after a brutal workout. The official name of this foam rolling technique is self-myofascial release and I am sold. 
 Anyone can do this but if you have a nice looking man do it for you,  it is a big bonus:)  
The last two weeks have been super chaotic.  Despite the chaos, I managed to lose 1lb.   After tomorrow, I hope to go back to a normal routine and finish up with 3 more lbs by the end of the month.  Clock is ticking and I got to meet the goal.  I am off to Baltimore tomorrow so after that little trip I should go back to my normal routine.
